Allison Caudle - Team Lead

Allison Caudle is the co-owner and Broker-In-Charge of RE/MAX Advantage.  Opening it’s doors in 2014, RE/MAX Advantage quickly grew to over 35 agents.  In 2015, RE/MAX Advantage received the RE/MAX Achievement award, with over $120 million in sales.

A multi-award level Top Producer in her own right, Allison Caudle began her career in real estate in 2007 when she joined RE/MAX in Raleigh, North Carolina.  Since then, she has sold over $100 million in real estate and has consistently been listed among the Top 50 agents in the North Carolina/South Carolina RE/MAX region. Allison took over as Broker-In-Charge in 2011.  Together with co-owner James Bovell, Allison achieved her lifelong dream of owning her own business when she opened RE/MAX Advantage in 2014.  Located in Downtown Raleigh, RE/MAX Advantage has grown from a company of 22 agents to 35 in 1 ½ years.  Today, Allison oversees nearly $400 million in agent production per year, while managing her own sales team and real estate business.  One of three daughters, Allison was born and raised in North Carolina.  In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, playing golf and attending North Carolina State football games.  Allison is the mother of a dynamic 13 year old, Sydney, whom she enjoys spending time with in the North Carolina mountains, at the beach or boating on one of the area’s many beautiful lakes.

Leigh Moore Boylston

Leigh Moore Boylston was born & raised in Raleigh, making her a true Native. After graduating from UNC Chapel Hill she spent many years traveling & living in far reaching places until she returned to her beloved hometown in 1996. At that time she partnered with her Mother & mentor, Virginia Moore who was a successful Realtor in Raleigh for over 27 years. Leigh now has over 20 years in the local Real Estate Business, with over 17 years as a leading producer with RE/MAX. The bulk of Leigh’s business has always come from repeat clients & personal referrals. A true testament to her dedication as a Realtor. Her strong work ethic, knowledge of market trends, powerful negotiation skills and no nonsense advice all equip her with the necessary tools to help guide her clients in making sound decisions. And with a vast network of proven trade professionals she can assists her friends & clients with most home repairs, remodels and design advice. In her spare time, Leigh loves dancing & traveling with her husband Ray, hones her skills on the golf course, experiments with new recipes in the kitchen & loves to host outdoor parties & picnics. She is also a certified diver and pretty skilled on the ski slopes.

Scott Smitley

Scott holds a BSBA degree with a major in Real Estate from Ohio State University.  He has been a top producing RE/MAX agent in three different markets over the past three decades. He has been a RE/MAX 100 President’s Club recipient and holds a SRES (Seniors Real Estate Specialist) designation. Scott has moved from a horse property in the country, to a ranch home on the golf course, to a century home walking distance to downtown. His goal as an agent is to negotiate the entire process and minimize the stress of selling and buying and moving one’s family.  When he is not negotiating real estate, he can be be found “negotiating” the shores of our local lakes or golf courses. Either way, the goal is to stay out of the weeds!
